This is another shot from my time in Xian. For those not familiar with where Xian is, it is located in Shanxi Province and is home to the famous Terracotta Warriors.

This particular shot comes from one of the old tower gates, one of four major gates of the ancient city walls.

It was raining all day as I walked up and down the breezeway of the ancient city walls and I had no umbrella. As I was leaving, I tried to dry out a bit in the tunnel leading back into town. I caught this shot with the help of my tripod on this trip - my knee.

I wish it could have been sharper, but hey - there is a reason knees are not a photographers tripod of choice.
